Dear Members,
Today, officers from the Coalville Town Beat Team have been patrolling Whitwick Retail Park as part of our ongoing priority focus on tackling retail crime.
During the patrol, a wanted female was spotted approaching the stores. Our B Shift Response Officers attended the location to assist and the female was detained and arrested.
She is now in police custody on suspicion of:
• 5 theft offences
• Assaulting an emergency worker
